The Fine Print

House and Ticket Policies

Late seating is solely at the discretion of management and ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.

Children under age five are not admitted unless explicitly noted.

Personal recording devices
Photography and personal recording devices are strictly prohibited; all cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off inside our venues.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are non-transferable.

All single ticket purchases made online or by phone incur a $6.50 handling fee per ticket or, for events in which the top ticket price is $25 or less, a $2.50 fee per ticket. Handling fees are waived for in-person transactions at the box office and for BAM Members Level 2 ($150) and above.

The facility fee for all purchases is $2 per ticket.
There is a maximum of six tickets per presentation.

All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and we cannot accommodate exchanges for lost tickets. The fee for exchanges is $15 per ticket. Exchange fees are waived for BAM Members Level 3 ($300) and above.

To exchange your tickets, call BAM Ticket Services at least 48 hours before the date of your event or visit the BAM Box Office at least one hour before the start time of your event. Tickets must be in hand at the time of exchange, unless held at will call.
